How often DO YOU EMPTY YOUR BOWELS? Your life may depend on it.You should move your bowels AT LEAST ONCE A DAY! As a matter of fact, if we look at the mechanics properly, you need to move your bowels within a few minutes or an hour of your eating a substantial meal. Insoluble fibre supports your bowel motions. A clean bowel that moves when it should could give you LIFE.
